However, the old-style nature of the ryokan resulted in limited seating options, which could be uncomfortable for those with mobility issues. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom area at times, impacting the overall experience. Despite these issues, a cozy charm remains that I hope the family-run establishment can enhance moving forward.
